• 170.315(d)(12) Encrypt authentication credentials – Ankhos stores authentication credentials in accordance with standards adopted in § 170.210(a)(2).

• 170.315(d)(13) Multi-factor authentication – Ankhos 4.0 supports authentication, through multiple elements, of the user’s identity with the use of industry-recognized standards
  
  All authentication attempts are logged and rate limited based on multiple criteria, including IP address, machine identifiers and username. Repeated suspicious login attempts will prevent the user from logging in for a period of time.
